I don’t regularly post mashups on this site, but I felt compelled to drop this one on you all. I will admit, that I am not a fan of Empire of the Sun. Don’t take this as an insult to their music, I think it is perfectly fine, it’s just not my style, plain and simple. However, MAKJ’s bootleg of Peacetreaty’s Heard of Us and Empire’s Walking On A Dream is the first time I have really felt the lyrics of the latter resonate. This mashup is just awesome and the fact that it makes me want to belt out the lyrics to Walking On A Dream makes it even more of an accomplishment in my eyes.
